Dreams Review
Some Reviews In brief
Dreams: rating 10
Akira kurosawa work is amazing, this is the first film Of his I've ever seen. which is third time within 15 years.this film is very deep and problably one of the reasons why I wanted to become a video artist. There are eight dreams in all. most memorable to me are The Crows. which a man viewing works of Van Gogh, suddenly enters the artists world through his paintings. The recreation of these landscapes is very impressive. I feel that some of Lucas Arts technology actually was put to some honest to god use.Viewing this film is well worth the price of rental or purchase. this is a treat for art film lovers everywhere.
Phone: rating 9A very peculiar horror film in the same vain as Ringu, Ju-on and so forth but this film to my surprise actually with the performance of one really adorable little girl. At first my reaction was, Okay this little girl is way too cute to be scarey But god dammit did she not steal the show? Wow her performance was amazing, I didn't know a child could do that? her character name is Young Ju, hopefully I can find out what her name was. But wow was this movie asweoome.I don't want to ruin this movie for anyone. But there is actually a good plot surrounding all these wierd calls on the cell phones. I was actually amazed with the direction of the film.
Suicide Club Rating 10Go see this, wow!!!! this movie is Crazy, I'm beeing very vague about this. all I'm saying is. this movie is for those who love theatre of the Absurd. This movie will disappoint anyone who needs a good ending.Sometimes I just like it when people just turn the camera on and just leave it going. But this movie isn't like that. I'm just saying. as bloody as this movie is. It's good to know that Avant garde is alive and well.
