My Assessment of Huricane Katrina

i've been reflecting on my life and the weeks events. I feel adeep sadness to which I just cannot describe in words without sounding cliche. these events with katrina have profoundly moved me and my heart and prayersgoes out to those in need. Depsite some good news these americans need your help and please donategenerously to well established charities such as the red Cross. Don'tit another thought just do it.We may have other issues in the future due to gloabal warming.

We are also dealing with a political party with self interests alone as wehave seen with our own very eyes. If I were a republican I could not defend the actions of those in charge. and Yet they still do.

the democrats have been sitting on their asses for five years and haveno platform to speak of, and that is why we have the powers that be. My prediction is this will wake up americans even more, and sadly there may never be a a republican in the white house again. One that isworthy of Abe Lincolns Stature. The distrust is there now, and the way I see it there has been looting both white and black but the vast majority in the flood could have really done damage.

Instead the vast majority of the victims ofhuricane katrina have been on their utmost behavior. They were Civil and they just wanted to live.I would have looted until I and anyone else around me had food. My other predictions is that the shit has finally hit the fan. I mean this in a, "things will get worse before they get better scenario", and I feel within the next four years things are getting better, and that time is starting now.Will post here if my predictions are correct.Take care All
